Leong Siew Kwan and Leong Tuck Weng, a Father and Son Tag Team that wrestled the challenges of a contractor providing services to the civil and construction Industry in the late Eighties and built up a strong foundation for Leong Siew Weng Engineering Private Limited (LSWE). Since 1989, the names of these two men has been synonymous with “Getting the Job Done” for their customers and earned LSWE the reputation of being Your Reliable Partner in providing quality engineering solutions in the form of steel works to varied industries – building and construction, marine offshore and subsea , etc.

History of LSWE
From small staff strength in a modest workshop at Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park, LSWE has grown to a total workforce of over 200 today at Tuas. In the year 2005, LSWE first forays into the Offshore & Marine sector began with a project awarded by an offshore equipment company for fabrication of skids for mounting cement mixing system on oilrigs, then followed on with another project for building pressure vessels for human occupancy for commercial diving. Since then, LSWE has completed various types of steelwork fabrication and engineering projects to the offshore and marine industries for Diving system, Pressure Vessels, Production and Modular structures.
LSWE formed a Subsea Division in 2013 and was awarded its first contract in 2014 for the supply of a Saturation and Air Diving System. LSWE successfully completed the contract in 2017 which also included the complete interface of the Saturation and Air Diving System into the Diving support vessel by LSWE. The Management team within the LSWE Subsea Division have more than 30 years’ experience within the Subsea Diving Industry and have designed and manufactured over 12 Saturation diving Systems both with inbuild and modular diving systems, including Wet bell systems, Air Diving Systems and Hyperbaric Rescue facilities, and Life Support Packages.
Both initiatives comprise teams of highly experienced and competent team of professionals capable of handling engineering projects with flexibility and the ability to produce timely deliveries by allocating experience resources to manage customers’ projects was required.
